I don't use fullscreen since ICQ won't pop messages.

I use Full Screen and will go to window mode only when I need to.

By Full Screen I mean the screen is dedicated to the Game Screen vs Full Screen Window Mode.

But with the Enhanced Client, I am sure it is just a habit vs any benefit.

I run maximized most of the time, but you can run fullscreen and ICQ if you have two monitors. That setup works really well.

As there's no difference in performance whatsoever between full screen and windowed mode on my computer, I play windowed mode (maximized). This way I can use ICQ and my web browser while playing.

no the game wont go full screen for me, it tries then dropps right back down into a window.
my screen res is 1280x800.

i have to run with the border off, it wont even go maximized.

Windowed mode due to having 3 monitors.

So it resides on the central widescreen monitor with window frame turned off. As a side note, the Windows taskbar is moved over to the right-hand side monitor so without the window frame it's about as close to "full screen" a syou can get without being full screen.

I use to play full screen along time ago but when I came back to uo find my self not using full screen no more.

I have to play full screen.

When I'm in windowed mode, the little hand doesn't point to where the mouse should be pointing. It's too annoying. (and as it turned out, a game breaker, as I'm back to the old client again)

Playing fullscreen since in windowed mode (my screen is 1680x1050), the graphics "wobble" a bit which is really annoying. Performance is also better in fullscreen for me.

But I'd prefer to play in windowed mode since I always have to ALT+TAB to icq and when I get back to UO, most of the time I have to deactivate and reactivate sound to hear something again. :/

edit:

does anyone else have this graphics problem? I'd love to play in windowed mode!
