Not for the banners, Its for the future. I only need to do 5 rioters a day to maintain Venerated.

Sweet jebus, how did anyone GET venerated? I hit adored, and then spent at least 5 hours the next 2 days doing nothing but donating to protestors, putting out fires, and bringing in rioters.

Is the only way to get beyond adored to do raiders?

No most of the Venerated is doing rioters and fires/garbage and giving 25 bread or 1000 gold or protestors.
When i find raiders i will do them too when i get a chance.

5 Rioters a day maintains the loyalty where you are. So anything you do above that is a gain. I just done the 5 rioters a day and then the extra when i felt like doing more. Just a little a day can get you far.


And stop looking at your loyalty status every few arrests. Just set a goal for the day, like 30 minutes or a hour. Then look at the end of the session.

I really wish there was an in-game poll where we could provide immediate feedback about whether we like ridiculous, treadmill mechanics for uninteresting event arcs in the game.

no need to go venerated at this point then.

i did new mag which you can bring in arrested very quickly.
just stick with arrests if you can as they give you the most points.
i think you need 500 arrests total + 5-8/day to maintain to make venerated
