Do healing/anatomy increase Greater Heal effectiveness?

I seem to remember to have read in patchnotes years ago that points in healing or anatomy or whatever increases the amount of HP healed from magery spells.

But I can't find any of that info online.

Does anyone remember what skill is used and what the calculations are?

As far as I know, the amount of HP healed from magery spells depends only on Magery. I think you can also increase it with Arcane Empowerment

They have no input into total HP healed. Only magery is used in the basic calculation
40% (of the caster's Magery) + (1-10)

So at 120 Magery thats (48) + (1-10) so 49-58 HP healed

As O'Brien rightly stated Arcane Empowerment is supposed to enhance healing but i haven't seen a equation on this yet.
Reports suggest that at lower levels of AE the difference is barely noticed
