Do Gargoyles get a imbuing bonus and enhancing bonus?

Just curious do Gargoyles get a Imbuing bonus and enhancing bonus for other crafting skills? If so has anyone figured out how much of a bonus they get will be?

Gargs get ~ +4% imbuing bonus... well it's put it this way, last time i checked (a while back) Gargs had a 5% chance to imbue what a human had a 1% chance. Could have changed by now.
