I don't know how ToL will effect it. If trying to buy, I would try harder now, if selling, maybe wait and see. There are some ínfo about stone crafting and house customizing but I don't know if it will effect the value of castles.
What I do know, if ToL make more play, more will want a Castle and that will effect the demand and price.
