Petra is right. The only place you will run into the BRE's now are just north of the ophidian palace in the Lost Lands.

Luckily no BRE's spawn now, but you do still get small pieces of blackrock when mining. Hmm, at least I did before and during the ToT event. I wonder if that got turned off. Must get back to mining.
2 of us have mined over 8 hrs (Mined last Thurs & Fri) & not a piece of blackrock! Reminded again today for a few & again nothing. Both of us are GM & I have mined up many pieces in the place where I was mining. Possibly it has been turned off by mistake???
