This is Stratics. Stratics is a news/media site. Stratics is not a mere fansite, and is much larger than Toontown Stratics.
Stratics has many rules set in place, which can be found here. With the exception of the No Holds Barred forum, which is strictly 18+, these rules apply to all of Stratics. These rules are in place to protect our users, and also to ensure the relationships we have with the game designers/developers/representatives.
On the forums, we, the moderating staff, must enforce these rules. This does not mean we, the moderating staff, have any power outside of these forums and in the game. This does not mean we, the moderating staff, cannot discuss things in-game that violate the RoC, or, for that matter, practice certain things (glitches) in-game. It simply means these things cannot be discussed on Stratics, for the reason stated above. These things are true for staff and users alike.
