Disarm /ing/ed

According to stratics, Your chance to hit is based on your weapon's skill/ hci/ defenders weapon's skill/dci. Now if they defender gets disarmed, does that mean he has 0 weapon skill (unless he has wrestleing) and thus have a higher chance to be hit?

If anyone can shed some light on this, it'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks

More or less True.

If you get disarmed and do not have wrestling your skill would be termed to 0 combat skill, but you also have to consider 2 other factors which are

20 Jack of all trades bonus for humans and possibly the Anat + Eval /2 +20 formula. This posses more questions though..

Anyways, Yes your target would be easier to hit and with the help of hci and hit lower defense in most cases make it an auto hit.
