did they ever fix the weapon special moves?

last i tested the paralysis didnt work with a spear, just a bug or what. it would really be nice if it worked like it was suposto

No, It's not fixed. Ever since AOS launch they have it configured like the mage spell paralyze from far as I can tell.

The paralyze special move suppose to be 3 seconds PvP (uneffected by Magic Resist) and 6 seconds PvM.
