Did they change something.

I usually re-cast my spell trigger as soon as I use it. The last 2 days I keep getting the message "you can not use this ability", or if it does cast "you do not have this spell" Once the timer runs out it seems to work. Just wondering if they changed something?

wow thats the stupidest thing ever........ fey slayer. Filled it up, works fine now.
