Did the good guys win? "That" program is dead? Is Cal the new King?

"The-program-that-shall-not-be-name" is dead! Long live "the-program-that-shall-not-be-named"! For anyone that is confused, the creater of ****** is no longer updating it, so as of this latest update it is officially dead. However, it is being replaced with something that will in theory be more flexible and powerful than ******.
My guess is in the short term you are going to see very few scripters in game, and something tells me that the new application will never rise to the heights that the old one did because there just isn't the community to support it that there used to be. Not only that, but my feeling is a lot of people are going to be switching to the EC in the coming months.
So I think that both in the short term and the long term this means a cleaner game for all of us. And let's hope that the devs are able to get on top of the new application and hammer it into uselessness before it gains any momemtum at all. Now of course, LC says there is a new scripting application being created for the EC. All we can do is hope that the devs are aware if this, if indeed it exists, and it too will be hammered into uselessness...

So the new program is like an E***UO2 ?
The new one is thousands of times faster then the old one.
The new one can compile if you know how. which makes it ever faster.
The emulator will be out soon that will run the old stuff.
Those that abuse the program anoy me.
There are somethings I don't know how it can be done without.

To make it clear for those who don't know. The program is dead as the inventer wants to push people into developing the new program. unfortunetely not many know how to make scripts and program using the new program and it's still not ready. So in the mean time probably longer than you can imagine depending how many coders bother with helping it the program is dead. Only a select few that knows how to program and learn to make there own scripts using the new program will be using it for now as they will most likely not share with the users. So pretty much dead till then. Even the emulator will take much longer than the inventor thinks it's going to take. I think it will take at least 6 months but who knows I know longer than what he thinks though.
Time to hike up the price of resources!! So get at it people!! Don't want to see people going cheap on there prices you got some time to make serious gold.

I think this thread has gotten the point across. Too much discussion of a specific 3rd party app. Thread closed. Please do not create any more like it naming specific apps.
