Buying Armor Dexer Shield Over Paying Any Shard

im looking to buy a shield for a gargoyle, or human shield that can be altered to gargoyle
i have transfer tokens i will come to any shard
i need it to have
fast cast 1 (not spell channel)
hit chance 5%
defense 15%
swing speed 10%
damage increase at least 20%


would love for it to be clean but can have -100 luck or brittle but will pay more for clean
i made one without the damage increase with reforge and imbue, so dont offer me one of those

As far as I know, it is no longer possible to get HCI on shields. Unless this has recently been turned back on, the pool you will be drawing from is fairly small.

Yup this is correct, they do spawn with HCI 5% a lot...
