Devs, why can't you name a pack animal "Origin"?!

What is so wrong with Origin? I was sending things to the rares fest from Origin and wanted to put that in the packie's names (too many animals from too many shards). It gives the message that "Origin" is not very nice.

I know there are bigger issues for devs to deal with, but jeez.

Perhaps they added it to the filter years ago as people had pets called 'Origin suck' ?

...It showed up as 'Cuir*$$ of the Lion.'

Can turn off the filter. Maybe add exceptions as well.

That name is reserved for things owned by Origin.... its been that way since Origin was... Origin.

And yet Comparseion is perfectly acceptable. Nice workaround, I think I'll fix my pet's name, Pica'sso. Also, nice codex of virtue. Also, zooming in on the EC makes Baby Jesus cry.

Pretty much all the "company related" stuff is censored in the game. So you can't have a pet called Origin or OSI (Origin Systems Inc).

If... they removed "Origin" wouldn't it kinda be like admitting that OSI's influence on UO was truly gone? *sniffle*
