Ok, so we have magic robes, magic rings, magic earrings, magic aprons, etc. etc.

But why on earth can't the cloth we all wear all the time not exist in magical versions? (I know gamewise there's no underwear slot), As there's already graphics for the area, why not make it an equipable slot, I am pretty sure that most characters would thank you, because after wearing the same underwear for over 13 years, its probably starting to reek a lot.

On the unserious note...Think of the financial benefits! If you release "pink panties of wrath" your japanese population would increase 10 fold and you'll make lots of money.

Doesn't wearing the same piece of cloth that never wears out, stays with your body, doesn't weigh anything, constitute already magical?
