DEVS: GM HOURS INQUIRY

I think everyone that plays this game would like to know the hours that a GM is on.
Is there a set schedule? I know all the shards will be different.

(I feel like Im filling out a game report and have to state everything that is wrong in order to get a response from an actual human)

Honestly IMO, there should be 1-2 GMs(hopefully more) for every 4-6 hours of the 23 1/2 hours any given shard is up.

Its kinda bull crap.

I am 6 in queue and never had a GM come for my aid.

I just called GM and its over 3 hours still no respond... my goodnesss...

Whatever hours Habibbi feels like being on.. you get the same Indian when you call the customer service number too.

Good job EA. Keep up the good work, and outsourcing.. It wont be you helping to fix the economy.
