I just worked my fingers off to get Jhelom Banner Deed for the last 5 hours without a break...

I reach adored and i get this answer from Guard wanting to purchase the deed - my first deed in this town..

ARE YOU KIDDING ME - not sure if serious!!!!

I never got any Jhelom banner yet, other cities yes but days ago - i did only do Yew yesterday...

Well this would sound ok for me - so i gotta go off and kill some Yew Rioters - let's see if i get my deed than at Jhelom...still i smell a bug in that system than - the jhelom guard should tell me that right in my face, not lie to me!

On the other hand - i got a char who ist adored at Brit AND Moonglow and got a deed in each town one to another minute i asked the guard for...so...

I dont think the split loyalty matters. Others have multiple and can get a banner.

if its because of having loyalty in other citys, then its working right and its your own fault. they told us numerous times that you dont want to get loyalty in more than one town per char.

Your typo of "thirst" translated as 'third' instead of 'first.'

If you haven't recieved any deeds in Jhelom yet, I'd have to agree with Tazar's suggestion of conflicting city loyalties possibly being the issue.

Txs but as i wrote, i just finished the town up to Adored and wanted to buy my deed - its the first deed there...if i stay adored for one more week i can buy another one i know..if its "confused" i would have a dev look into it and put it on the hughe bug list maybe...

As i wrote, one of my other chars is adored in Brit and Moonglow at the same time an gets his Banners every week...

I meant its my first banner there - its a typo yep...

My guess is the whole system is a joke...but thats another story..

Funny, i GAINED karma as i killed angry rioters in Yew...never gained karma before killing them..

give it a day, get back to adored and try again, if still messed up perhaps have to try the dread GM page. It could be something messed up with that guard capt on your shard or something bugged on the character.

I will do that and wait for server down - i wont page a GM holly cow i can do so much things other than waiting for a computer generated "go to the faq" something message..

GM's are doing a lot better than they used to. However, I bet if there is a problem with the banners the devs will be on this like white on rice. Factions and pvp can wait, carebears need their pixel fix.

Well, Server down/up didnt help...it looks like the systems "thinks" i allready received a deed and i am on the 7 days timer now...well i will keep up adored in Jhelom with this char and work on it every day and wait a week...blah

2 Rioters arrest a day is enough to keep it adored. More is better but it don't have to be more. I have all my characters in all towns at adored and one Venerated with just doing those 2 arrests. 5 for keeping venerated.

My character is loyal to ONE city only. Scara Brae. I wanted to buy another banner, but even a month later, after achieving "venerated" status, the Capt Guard wouldn't let me buy a second banner and still won't.

So I used another character on same account to achieve "adored" status who bought a second Scara Banner.

I still can't buy a third Scara Brae banner with either of those two characters despite waiting weeks to do so.

So I made a character for each city, Britain and Scara Brae, in order to get more than one banner from each of those cities.xd

So it is as I came to understand:
1. You are allowed to buy ONE *CITY BANNER* by ONE CHARACTER. (eg. Skara Brae*)
That character can no longer buy any more banners.
2. Another character on the SAME ACCOUNT loyal to the same City as the first character, *eg Skara Brae* must wait a week after the first character has purchased a banner, before being allowed to buy another banner for the same city.
3. Another character on the SAME ACCOUNT Loyal to a DIFFERENT CITY must wait a week after a character on the same account has bought a banner, before being allowed to purchase a banner for the different city.

Therefore, All characters can only be loyal to one city and are able to purchase ONE banner only for that city.

I think you have it correct as I still can't get a Banner in Britain on a character who received a Moonglow Banner. Not happy at all with the way they set this up. Seems the powers that be go out of their way to piss off players...

I can buy 9 differentt banners every week from 9 different towns. 3 characters on 3 accounts. I never had a problem getting any banner. Then again i never have even conciderd to let a character change a town.Thats not very loyal! Cause i read it the pick a town and stick with it note.

Same problem here..i used to be able to get moonglow AND britain banners on the same char week after week but now its over? *Edit* I was just able to get another Moonglow Banner (have 3 now) with this char who is now only respected anymore at Brit...

And i still cant get my Jhelom banner on that char that is only adored to one town and negative loyality in other towns...

I still say there is a bug in that system and something has been changed too without notice because it happens all of a sudden and was possible before..

So i damn it and now go for Nexus deed and Shame loot until there is something exiting happening with the next Arc's (i hope hughe town invasions with alot of fighting and fun not boring puzzeling stuff and arresting/cleaning/fireoutputting brrrrrr.)

After reading and posting in this thread, today I decided to see what might happen if I go back to my first character who is loyal to Scara Brae, and try buy a Scara Banner - - and Guess what? She was able to purchase another, her second, Skara Banner. So I am wrong about a character only being able to purchase ONE banner.
At the moment, my second character on that same account loyal to Britain, can not purchase another Brit banner yet. So I will purchase one in a few days using that character and can stop making more characters loyal to Brit. haha

So.. all we have to do is wait long enough .. which, as Frarc said, and others have said, is a week.

While working on gaining loyalty with characters on both accounts, I didn't realize a week had not passed by before trying to buy another banner for Skara using my first character. I was getting a lot of practice gaining loyalty and didn't watch how long it took to reach adored status which was usually one or two days.

As for one character being loyal to two cities and not getting banners .. that I haven't tried.
I stick to one city per character.

I just received my Jhelom Banner i was waiting for so i feel like doing some update on the Town Loyality Banner System.

First of all, let me apaologize to the Dev's - it is NOT a bugged system there realy seems to be a fixed system behind this, even its LAME its a fixed system, thank you

Now here is a summary how it works (thank you all for your inputs, it all comes back to KOJAK'S post:

So the conclusion is simple as alot of you allready posted:

One char/One city adored - keep it adored every day and you can claim your Banner every 7 days ovber and over...

One char/2 cities adored - keep both cities adored every day and you claim a banner from city A 7 days later and a banner from City B 7 days later but NOT both on the same day
