I was placing a item on my vendor, I was still typing in the price and description of the item and yet some how it was bought.

Did you have the text entry pending for a while? I had to leave to text entry pending for a while before I was able to reproduce this.
If this is the case then this is a known issue that is already in the system.
the text entry wasn't pending for awhile.. I literally placed the item on the vendor and started typing in a price and it was bought as i was typing..
I was in enhanced client, dropped the item, the price gump came up, i started typing in the price. Then i saw a players name pop up over my vendor as i was typing, looked and the item was gone

I have confirmed this issue and submitted a problem report into the system.
