What are the details about the craftable Soulstone Fragments ?

Like what skills will be needed and how high, materials and so forth.

Anyone has the details ?
I could not find anything either on Stratics nor on the PlayGuide on UO.COM.

I didn't really test this a lot during open beta. I think that they are crafted with glass blowing skill, so that would be an alchemist that has read the glassblowing book. I know that some of the ingredients required are made from those shimmering crystals that drop from the shimmering effusion peerless boss.

Popps, search is your friend, took me 5 min to find this.

It will require void essence (which drops from an irksome critter in SA) and one of the decorative crystals from the shimmering effusion peerless (which is first broken down into fragments).

I guess a related question would be - do the fragments come as tokens? ie, are they tradable or does one have to have a glass blower on the account that you want to have the fragmets?

As far as I could tell they were not bonded to a character/account until used.
