I just sold one at rares fest and want to give a heads up that the last patch changed them. They now work locked down, not in your pack which is opposite of before, and they added a sound effect (crackling) that the person who clicks it hears.

They actually used to work locked down and in your pack, now they just work locked down. From what I understand anything that worked in your pack no longer does.

Only ones fixed by Mesanna worked in both places, normal ones as they came from the event didn't work locked down.
