Everyone knows who you're talking about... And you're not allowed to post ICQ conversations. So how about a permanent ban for Mr. Diablo! That would be great for our community.

Honestly, it doesn't matter in this scenario. You're posting about someone scamming which isn't allowed.

You have to love rules (especially if you're a scammer).
