I'll gladly take Falco's iantown house in a couple of days (waiting for the timer to go down to receive a new home).

Looking to create a second home and right next to my current one would be best.

If you can wait a few days, you can get rid of the house to me.

Although it feels wrong to pay someone for a plot they got free by chance, I'd pay no more than the price of a 18x18 plot.

Well some things the newer neighbors in Iantown, or new to Siege anywhere, as players here .. do not even HAVE yet, on this shard, like dye tubs etc.

Everything should not be about making selling for gp ya know.
Sometimes things should be for GIVING away to help Siege grow giving to some newer poorer players new to Siege, the haves and have nots are oft quite far apart on this shard. Newer players really could use dye tubs resources etc. and they all live around us in Iantown since it has grown a lot recently, and elsewhere newer players just setting up their first Siege homes too, are still really lacking of STUFFS here that most of us have already.

It would be nice if ya donated some of the normal every day needed, useful items, to some of the newer neighbors out there like Ulani, Seren and other newer to Siege players, esp. some few that have not even yet gotten diddly even at any Siege IDOCs yet, or can not hardly afford to run a vendor yet to even sell cloth for them to try to make themselves some kinda gp here on Siege.

And items like power scrolls 110 115 120s even, etc., whenever any one gets any, yall could just donate to Shal for NEW.

I know that other people could need the plot, I only offered to take it off him because I had plans to build a second home. And was looking for somewhere near my current home.

I would have been happy to take the house off Diablo's hands. There is alot of stuff in Falco's Iantown home and I can understand why Diablo doesn't want to move it all. It really is full. I don't mind spending time sorting it out and donating it to whoever needed it.

But then Diablo asked for 5 million.

And that just made me LOL.
