I really dont know what the market value is for these deeds on LS. Im back after being away from the game for 6 years and had it laying around. p.s. I was also asked if this is placeable. It is. I placed it in the corner of my house the other night. I was going to start a guild. However, I have found you no longer need this to do so, nor can you start a guild from them any longer.
