Death Strike - New Damage Calculation?

Hey guys,

Playing around with a few new templates.... I know theat Deathstrike now has a few new requirements:

Stealth
Hiding
Ninjitsu
(not sure if Tracking still plays a roll)

Can anyone describe the new damage formula to me? Can't find anything specific on Stratics.
