Looking for old Death Certificates...
Not sure of their value - can someone help me with value?

well, they arent rare, or old, but are a very cool thing to collect. havent really seen any in a while but im thinking you could probably find for anywhere from 50k - 1mil.

Sadly, I cannot find any info on them. Are they still obtainable?

yes, you can still get them by killing pirates on the pirate ships
