I realize I haven't been your nicest customer, but I just wanted to say everything I've said mean is now out the door!

I recently found out my account was somehow broke into, and it was given back to me in just minutes after calling your Account Support, which I'll admit I got lucky, as some people when there's get hacked they don't get it back.

I won't be able to tell the damage until I get home to see if anything was taken, either way, I'm just glad it's back in my possession.

My friend was not so lucky. Seems there has been a rash of account hackings or something lately. And several that I have heard have had many things go poof...

Sadly my friend lost quite a bit and has been rather down lately and talking of quitting. Not that I can blame him... I know I get sick just thinking about it. But I just don't understand why would a thief steal the mans soulstones? Of all things what use is it to take his soulstones??? That's just assenine...

Those who hack accounts are scum, period. Trying to assign a logical motive to their actions, other than greed, is pointless.

It would be nice if Mythic would take a page from other MMOs and give UO 21st Century account hack protection...

I just have just recently returned to UO and both of my vet accounts had been hacked. They have both been returned to me and to my surprise, one was nothing but a couple gm level toons, the other however was LOADED, cant complain about that. Good way to make a return to UO if you ask me.

That is what I mean, it was neat...but also a lot to take in for a fresh return.
