Be Carefull when dealing with this fellow, This auction is proof, Usually when you start an auction you leave it going you don not end it early because you dont like the prices you set and you controlled.
I spoke with Les Shroud originally last week about buying these items I offered him 4 mill per green Piece and 40Mill for the tunic. He then said the items are not on Atlantic, and would be there in a couple days. I messaged him later when I saw him in game to no response.
Then What do you know the items are now on auction on stratics, This was frustrating but i Bid anyways, and alerted money bags so e could bid also.
Today I come home to Les or Mr Uber icqing me telling me he ended the auction early because it didnt get the bids he wanted.
I said can i buy them then for the price we agreed on, after much run around on icq he tried to raise the prices on me and get me to pay more. and no deal was made.
so make sure when your dealing with him you get everything very specific, to me if someone offers you money,, and you say it will be on their shard in 2 days that means a deal is made.
I am simply posting this so you will know what to look for when dealing with this person it may have been mis understanding,
When i first emailed him he said , he looked back on his ICQ and it did look like we had made a deal so in his own words he thought it looked like we made a deal, Then he started changing pricing.
After we couldnt agree I told him good luck and he started calling me names after which i then said good luck

apparently because this guy didnt get what he wanted he decides to post this so sad... plain and simpole we had NOT agrred on a price he made an offer i said that i was transferring items over in a couple days and would let him know when they were on there,... (NEVER agreeing on a price) and YES i ended the auction early due to lack of interest .. last time i checked i believe thats my right to do so.. i didnt "raise a single price" because NO price was ever agreed on.
And I try to post nicely, I even put everything up here so people could determine for themselves how they feel and move forward, at the end of every conversation I said good luck have a nice day.

now you can determine how to interpret this for yourself.

One thing i dont do as was done by Les is call names of which many i wont repeat. no need to its a game i wish him best of luck

may of been a "call out" if a price was EVER AGREED UPON which it wasnt so stop the drama already... i could easily post the actual LOG not The little tidbits you just happened not to mention... fyi if youre gonna call someone out post the log where i agreed on a price.. o wait i forgot there is no such log ... only things were said that i was had the items moved the items and let you know they were on atl ..if i HAD agreed and MADE a deal i wouldnt of tested the waters with an auction... would of already been a done deal and sold
@MrUber, yes you have the right to refuse sale, but it also looks really, really bad. people also have the right, (and often take it) to ban users who abuse auctions, cancel auctions, or state "no reserve" then refuse sale.
most recent case: lava hunter (pulled this stunt, and is now banned from most established auctions)
for future reference, if you have a reserve price in mind, state it. otherwise please dont bother to post auctions. just a word of advice.
