Yes. Spell damage increase to be exact.
From what I remember it's 1% SDI every 20 points, and a bonus 5% at Grandmaster. 10% total spell damage at GM.
As a side note, the PVP cap for spell damage is 15%, on items. With GM scribe, you get an additional 10%.

Yep spot on, so make sure you take Inscription all the way to GM otherwise your not going to get the full benefit.

I think the OP was asking about the "damage increase" property on items, which does not add spell damage increase.
But yes, the previous two posters are correct.
15% SDI cap for items in PvP
10% bonus for having GM inscription (all or none)

Don't forget you want spell damage increase, not just damage increase.
Damage increase is for weapon damage.
Spell damage increase is for spells.
Damage increase is for weapon damage.
Spell damage increase is for spells.
