Damage Increase Missing on Throwing Weapons

I made a few boomarangs & there was no 40% damage increase on any of them.

I'm GM Blacksmith & GM Arms Lore.

What's the deal?

I did a test right now, the 40 di is there. Note that only exceptional items get the damage increase bonus.

At GM blacksmity you have a 50% success and 5% exceptional success chance.

The weapon you made wasn't exceptional.
