Damage Formula for Anatomy Bonus

At one time, one of the developers commented on this and confirmed that there was a 5% bonus for the GM+ skill. Has this calculation changed, or was there never a bonus? Which is correct?

The damage increase from Anatomy is Skill / 2 as a percentage, plus 5% if your skill is GM or above. At 90 Anat the bonus is 45%; at 100 Anat it is 55%; at 120 Anat it's 65%.
