Any one know how to find the strangers? or the time frames for having them spawn?

I am on Baja and have been searching the dungeons and have not found anything.

I did find a book on the floor near the gazers in Shame...titled "You Crazy People" has it always been there?

Its from EM Vincent and says "Eyeballs was not a clue" What was that book giving a clue for?

The book from GM Vincent is from an old EM event. There are several of his books left around from that event.
