How is it possible to attack someone without being guardwacked in town?

I´m blue non-faction in animal form at Luna bank. He´s a blue faction guy.

He attacks and becomes grey and I smoke bomb. I let him attack again to call on guards this time. Guards don´t show up.

Fishy or fair game?

In animal form your grey been like that for YEARS...

Ok, so a game bug then where the game sees me as grey even though my name colour is not.

This is a Bug with Animal Form, if a Player is attacked while in Form, they are considered "Attackable" "Grey" Whatever you wanna Call it.

Basically when He Attacked you, the Game considered you an Attackable Player, and Flagged him to you (He was grey on you Alone) allowing him to attack all he likes.

Thats how it should be IMO. I was attacked in werewolf form, and was green to me and guild/alliance, however when the attacker didnt appear grey to anyone else, and when I died (on foot is tough), there was no box to count (not that I would anyway).

If someone is in a guild/alliance they are freely attackable by anyone else in the guild/alliance.

The bug was suposed to be fixed a while back, but then again we are talking about siege perilous so i wouldnt be suprised if it was still jacked up there.
