Someone had to go and call me a Liar and a Scammer when I tried to sell this bracelet: DEX 8, Stam 1, SSI 10% and Poision resist 20%! I said it could have 1 more full property because the weight is 299/500 Yes, I may be letting a cat out of a bag but here is the screenshot. Is that proof enough?

I hardly see what is curious about this bracelet:
Dex 8 = 110
Sta 1 = 13
SSI 10 = 36
Poison Resist 20 = 133
TOTAL = 292
And your imbuing gump shows an additional DCI 1 ongoing imbuing, which has a value of 7, for a total of 299.

Getting SSI jewelry is no big deal, and since pub74 they removed FCR from the Animated/Haste package, so you can get them a bit more "pure" than before. That particular piece is of no particular interest, with Sta 1 beeing impossible to overimbue at a decent level (had it been Dex 1 Sta 8 instead of Dex 8 Sta 1 the piece would have had a bit more interest) and the Resist beeing usually unwanted.

I guess what I am more curious about is the /500 part. I thought only exceptionally player made jewelry was 500 weight.

No, all jewelry pieces have a 500 imbuing limit, exceptional or not:
- Armor/Weapons parts have a 500 limit on except pieces, 450 on non-except.
- Shields have a 450 limit on except pieces, 400 on non-except.
- Jewelry parts have a 500 limit in all cases.

Jewelry only had 450 for non-exceptional in SA Beta. By the time it was released, all jewelry was 500 max intensity.

And we are still waiting for the Tinker Runics. Untill then jewels are fine at 500 all around.
