Curious about EM's

Please don't flamestrike me here, but I am curious.

In the event you had a complaint about an EM that would normally say if it were to be a professional issue, and be handled by a boss, could you lodge a complaint, and who would you direct it to and how?

First off,

Mesanna oversee's the EM's... so you would send her a message.

You explain the situation and your complaint. She will review it.
