Cu with Parry?

was chatting with a fella today, he was working parry on his Cu.
i had a look at it, i was leveling my critter up.
didnt pay it much attention, he was on the way to 120 parry with it.
it wasnt till about a hour later i took my own Cu out and i noticed its parry was at 0.
then it dawned on me.... how the hell did he get the parry on his Cu to kick in??

im assuming..... picked something that had Bushido and it kicked in parry?????

im probably missing something obviously easy here right?

Yup, parry shows on the lore sheet when wrestling is 100. Yours has parry, you just don't see it yet.

well look at that, checked another Cu of mine and its there.

after you GM wrestling??

Yes, after you GM wrestling. Someone noted that when they're Cu died and it went to 99.9 W the parry disappeared but reappeared once it was GM again.
