Pretty sure the c is hard as in "k"
I'm not sure if it's a soft or hard "u"

So it's other KU shee or koo shee"

I'm pretty sure when ML came out they gave a pronunciation for it. I know they gave quite a few for all the stuff in Tokuno when Samurai Empire was released... I've always called them Koo Sids.... but I've heard them pronounced anything from Koo Sid He ... to Koo Shee, and a million things in between... it's always rather amusing when you get folk into a talking program like Discord or Ventrilo and hear how folk pronounce names of towns in game and other things...

The one that still gives me a chuckle are the people who pronounce Runes as "Ruins" ... and Mage-ery as Maj-ery.... and I always want to ask them if they are a Mage or a Maj...

But that's rather like asking anyone in the USA what they call a Pepsi... Cola, Soda, Soda Pop, Pop... there are 100 different names we give the liquid...

I used to have a guildie who pronounced nearly every town in the game differently than most people, it was great hearing them in Ventrilo.

Minoc was "Min-ook"

Luna was "lun-uh"

Umbra was "uhm-bray"

Trinsic was "Tren-sec"

It's always fun seeing how others pronounce things from games.

Note that D&D has had their equivalent since around 1980, and Monster Manual II.

And, it spelled the name cooshee.

I went and googled Cu Sidhe to try and do some research on the matter and I found a thread on UOForums from Kitara of Atlantic from nearly 10 years ago discussing this same topic. :)
