I know where it is and I'm not telling. I found the spot strictly by accident and stole it.
As it should be IMO. Seems like the folks that find the spots first should be able to reap the rewards (either monetary or just owning them for their chars for awhile). I also suspect that those posting to know the location, wouldn't share it if they were the first to find it either.
It's a daily rare, everyone will get one eventually.
Part of being a thief is being patient, and finding / figuring things out. Guile is a thief's skill that isn't listed in the skill table.

oh my.. yes in my stunned condition, I mucked up the screen shot. The location is not where my cursor is pointing, it is under the radar circle where Nimuaq has identified.
