Gold Harpoon
A weapon looking like a harpoon with all the stats of a regular short spear but with an added special effect:
A Legendary Thief can use in Felucca to "spear and reel in" an insured item another players wears. Meaning if you can hit him with an attack, you get the insured item but also deposit 100x the insurance value of the item in his backpack. The thief needs the gold in coins in his backpack. So they swap item and gold.

The hoped for impact of this item is that we see PvP thiefs again (can't remember when I last saw one). Also because the thief needs to have the gold in his pack, this also makes thieftaker interesting again.

Might not be easy to implement, but I think this could work

Orb of the Moons
Saying the Mantra of a Virtue will transport you to the Moongate of that City's Virtue.

Virtue Stones
Allows to user to cast the Mark spell.

Shield of Virtue
+1 in each elemental resist for each level of virtue (ie- Knight of Valor would be +3, Knight of Valor and Honor would be +6)
+1 in each stamia, mana, hp regen for each Knight
ect... (rough idea)

I like all of those, but for the first you need to choose antoher location or it might be abused in factions gameplay. Sandalwood Box is way too overpowered in pvp unfortunately and the Orb of the Moons might be slightly cooler if the lead to the shrines.

I'd love to see the following "artifact":

Bag of reagents:
Provides the needed reagents when a spellcaster casts a spell.
Can hold up to 1,000 charges.
Can be insured
Can be recharged at the rate of 1 charge per 10 reagents dropped at the bag
If under 100 charges, it recharges itself at the rate of 1 charge per minute
Becomes saturated after 10,000 charges
Weight: 25 stones

With it one would be able to drop LRC out of their suit, but the saturation, he would have to be replacing it from time to time, and would also have to mind the number of charges for very long adventures.

Surprised nobody mentioned bags of holding. have them only hold 25 items and their weight is fixed at 5 stones (or whatever)
