Nothing really usefull, i have written a pm to Cal and also a report via the ingame tool, i hope they can find it fix it soon again.

Maybe try if you havent disabling v-sync, got lots of time at the moment and play 6-8 hours a day and only maybe 1 to 0 crashes a day for the last 2 weeks since i disabled it.

What you are doing if i may ask? Iam pvping it is clear that there i have to run into different areas in a short period of time, also in housing areas dungeons, what i have to say, all of my friends are crashing much in the last weeks, seems to be equal if EC or CC, maybe there is also a server problem with it, playing on Drachenfels.
I play my tamers and dexxers alot lately in the abyss farming ingrediants, dont pvp just not my style I guess. Havent tried navery lately but I will soon since I crashes regularly there.
Before disabling v-sync windows 7 would just crash to desktop, now if it crashes it says windows is searching for the problem.

Yes, it"s really not fun, especially in PvP. I even died to you guys last week because of crashing to Desktop.
On a side note: good to see you back on Drachenfels. You really should join a faction, makes things more interesting (and you are rid of the opponents for 20 minutes after killing them). SL and TB are a bit understaffed atm.
I crash to desktop once or twice daily. Both my kids on other computers also crash to the desktop while they are playing. This is all on the EC.
One crash and your shelving it? Even the cc crashes sometimes too..
I can't remember the last CC client crash I've had, probably years ago. I still use the CC for the mundane stuff but I really like the EC for PvE. Was there any word if they had a fix or were at least looking into it?
It must all depend on computer specs and settings...3 days now of at least 5-7 hours each day and not one crash *crosses fingers*.
The one thing that sucks is for me the crash i do get is at the worst time for it to happen.
I always see on general chat they all complainin about crashing with the cc, but there probably using it for a excuse because they died in pvp, just like speed hackers all say there playin on the 3d client thats why their so fast.
One thing I do is if i notice some slowdowns or choppiness i log of and close the client and reload which is about every hour or so.

the crashing to desktop seems to have no cause at all that is "obvious".
i'll crash walking around with no one around in the woods. I crashed a minute ago in fel jehlom using my open door macro to go inside the armorer. Its not something we can replicate at all. My guess is it coincides with something the server is doing.

I was able to crash consistently when walking onto the docks in Skara Brae (island side). Haven't had it lately, and I wondered if it was confined to just LS. There were a ton of water barrels on the mainland side of the dock, but those shouldn't have been the cause I would think. There weren't any ships around.
I could also get it to crash in Luna, but there was never any one particular spot - I thought there was, but there wasn't. No problems since that I can reproduce.
There is a crash at navrey, something to do with activating the stones.. its happened to me 3 times now when ive been activating them.

three server disconnect errors tonight. Conn was fine and browser was up.
The game would not connect to the patcher until i had rebooted in every instance. The first time I got a fail to connect message on the EC patcher. If this happens again I shall try to copy the message so it can be forwarded.
The last time I crashed or lost conn when opening a container in my keep.

Weird. I never ever had any issues like this. The only thing that happens to me is the client poofing once in 2 months.
I'm getting a lot of ctd's (crash to desktop) in the past few days. It has become a lot worse since I switched a couple of characters to Atlantic, and as someone else noted it happens most often during combat. It's starting to seriously affect my ability to play the game.
edit: Actually it doesn't seem to be combat itself that is the factor, it's simply moving. I'm crashing when I'm moving.
