log all the way out, including removing your user name and then start over. I had this happen to me once, years ago. I had a space in the middle of the user name. The game recognised me, my chars were there, but the info on my pc - desktop etc, didn't. It created all new folders as if it were a different account.

Wow you figured out how to hack a free new account!
some details.
I had closed uo before powering down.
I have been logging into 2 accounts and this only happened to my other account. I will check the folders to see if it made another profile.
I didnt have anything showing in my skills so I tried adding a new group and all of a sudden all my skills are showing in that new group.
This would have been a major issue as I have to remove a skill to train begging up to gm. I could not do it otherwise (probably have to reinstall)
lucky it is working enough so I can get by.
also how can I open the buff thing?

You should know better than to be my neighbor, i simply ran by your house as you were loggin off. It is my new and improved super turd hack.now i logged in and everything gone. I open the skills and nothing is in there.
