Can slayer instruments be crafted? I tried using a heartwood runic saw on TC1 and after 200 tries got nothing. I did this with GM carp and 120 music on the test shard. PLEASE HELP!!

Can slayer instruments be crafted? I have tried on TC1 with a heartwood runic and got nothing after 200 tries. Please help!
You cannot craft Slayer Instruments. You can craft normal and exceptional quality instruments.
