Crafters' Guild?

I was thinking about starting a crafters' guild, where people could exchange BODS, trade materials, etc. Does anything like this exist already? Anyone interested or have any suggestions?

The RoC, last I heard, was all crafters.

Seemed like such a simple idea--I figured there had to be at least one crafters' guild.
