COVE FREEDOM FESTIVAL
Sunday 19th October 2008.
To celebrate the 4th anniversary of our glorious Baron Octiovus Von Richter and a few hardy souls founding the Baronship of Cove a festival will be held inside the town walls in their honour.
The festival will celebrate Cove's liberation from the Orcish Invasion and also honour those who have fought in other conflicts such as the Kaldorian Line, The Minoc Campaign, The Liberation of Vesper and more recently the Border Wars Campaign.
People from all across the lands are invited to this peaceful event to celebrate Cove's proud heritage.
Events scheduled so far are as follows:
18.00 ~ Avatarian Church Mass.
19.00 ~ Public addresses by various dignitaries.
20.00 ~ Parade and promotion/medal ceremony.
20.30 ~ Covian training session for all to participate in.
21.00 ~ Open air tavern run by the Vesper Trading Company.
21.00 ~ Bring and buy market. Pitch your stall or find that bargain.
22.00 ~ Last man standing tournament for all to enter.
Start times may be amended and more events may follow... So check back regularly.
Pigeons have been loosed and rumours abound that many Covian veterans will be making their way home for the festival with such famous names as former Commander Gregor Eason, the ageless Hrothgar DeMar, Bald Brudda Grief Dryfh Gry and zhe Drow Veldrin Niharel being mooted.
