Couple dumb questions about Mysticism PSs

where all can you recieve mysticism ps? is it just SA champs? all fel champs? any quests i dont know of?
also if they drop from champs, can non sa upgraded accounts recieve them?

I would like to know this also since I know you can quest for the imbuing PS, but what about mysticism?

You can get them off the old Fel champs. We've gotten some lesser mysticism scrolls (110s and 115s) and got a 120 Throwing off spawns in Fel (Lost Lands and the dungeons). My account was upgraded so I can't say whether you need SA to receive the scroll.

To my knowledge, there is no quest for throwing and mysticism.

many thanks for the info! Ill take my non SA champer out and see what i can get. I would think itd be hard to code to where only sa accounts got sa scrolls.
