I doubt that we will get that item/event here. I watched the event on europa yesterday, since the siege event times are not made for europeans and there you have a different castle for blackthorne. On SP we still have the old style casle with a "new" grave for Blackthorne. I don't know how long hat grave is there but i saw the blackthorne throne as deco there aswell. So can't be too old. Wouldn't make much sense to have his grave there and suddenly have his coronation.

It is going to be next sunday at Blackthorns castle on the top floor
Top floor is a new addition added specificallyl so siege could have the coranation ceremony

Unfortunatley my loved balcony cannot be reached with Gate any more, so yes, also no cast/no pet zone.

Today the coronation happened - went all well until near of the end. The zone, in which the statue to claim the reward was, had no protection against thieves, and the deed was not blessed. Not only my main char, while fighting the lag, lost his deed to a thief, other people too. Lucky me, I could bring in two more accounts, which made it out with their deeds.

Thats the nature of Siege I'm afraid.

I might upset a few people but if people decide to base their decision whether to stay on Siege after losing this to a thief.... then they probably shouldn't be here.

I'm just going by general chat.

my borg got killed as well , but i had already used a bag of sending to send his throne deed to the bank . (too late guys)

lacking a BOS, go in with nothin important and use your siege bless .

i dont want to sound uncaring , i have, in fact, argued repeatedly that we need to leave the noobs alone if we ever want to increase our numbers , and the bad guys actually have toned down alot compared to the carnage that was siege in years past. but these events always have people who come for the free gifts and dont really get it . this is just too sweet a target for some of these guys to hold back out of sheer kindness . nope . not today . welcome to siege.

but dont give up . learn from it and improve .

I did not die, Tina Tink lost her throne to a thief but got it back very cheap, she had to ask Rosalia to bake a pie and find one of our finest cheeses to trade for the deed.

I believe it may have alot to do with attitude too, special when it comes to thieves.

When someone steal from you, you can get mad, call them scum, tell them they are a pain and scare players of the shard
or
you can try to accept them as a part of Siege and take it with a smile, maybe try some RP to get your item back. They may be willing to sell it back or trade it with something else.

It may not always work but it sure work better than trash talk.
