Where is the option to craft a corner wall in the masonry menu? I have looked for it many times, I do not see it. What am I missing?

I had the same issue. The information on stone crafting is lacking.
You craft the wall piece, then lock it down by double clicking on it. Then, you can rotate using the house deco tool and it magically becomes the other wall pieces. Turn it until you get the piece you want.
