Condemned house

So my account went inactive and my house went into decay. I reactivated my account and now the house is saying it is condemned. According to what I see online, it's supposed to remove the condemned status when the owner opens the front door however that is not happening. What can I do to save the house?

If you only just did that it may take it till tomorrow's server maintenance to register the change.

That happened to me a couple of times, once it went away at server maintanance and the other time after 2 server maint. I had to page a gm and they fixed it for me though that was about 4 years ago and I am not sure if they even log into game anymore.....
