Below you will find the current posters for each event. Every event coordinator running an event is responsible for posting their event posters in the following forums.

Remember the earlier you post them the more people you will reach. If you post it the day of or a few hours ahead of time chances are attendance will be low. 2-3days before the event seems to work the best.

-Use icq to send invites and ask people to pass it along.
-Rune drop the day before and of the event.
-Weekly reoccurring drop them randomly throughout the week and day of.
-Give a reminder in Global Chat
-Give a reminder in Alliance Chat

Posting the picture

Create a thread. Hit the little Yellow box with a mountain and sun. This will bring up a text box.

In the text box insert the picture link. (Delete out the http:\\ that is already written in the text box.

If you are doing the Friday Night hunt poster you would paste this link into the text box. Once you have done that hit the okay button.

Depending on how you have your format setup it will either show the picture or it will say
[ IMG] http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o129/GarethChesapeake/FridayNightHunts.gif [ /IMG]

If it shows the picture, click on the picture and it will show lines around it with four white boxes on each corner. (This means you have highlighted it) Now click the box thats highlighted in the above picture to enter it.

If it does not show the picture and shows the [ IMG] www.whatever [/ IMG] Simply highlight that text and hit the center button. This will wrap the code [ CENTER] [ /CENTER] around the IMG code.

Then hit submit. (If you are dealing with code there should be no space after the first [ Only reason I made a space is so it shows up in text for you to see.)
