[Price Check] [Collector's Edition] Book

I can't find any info on this book so I'm sure someone here will know if it's rare or common. Got it from a Quest in TM.

The Collector's Edition Books are uncommon. The First Edition books are "rare" by definition but they are not rare by the standards of the UO Rares Collector board because they continue to drop.

Do all First Editions and Collector's Editions spawn white?

Collector's edition are all white, the limited editions are orange and the first editions are a shadow color.
