I did actually hit the jackpot unfortunately I told someone that I had and they were waiting stealthed up in my house when I got back. Somehow they managed to get into my secure chests after I secured them and I lost a fair few nice items including [exceptional] items. It has been reported I just hope I can get the things back.

Jason I hadn't been watching the thread but I will sell them to you for that price.

For future reference. You can always detect hidden in any house you own with 100% accuracy to reveal anyone hidden inside. Do this before moving, locking or unlocking items.

Yes someone told me about that, it was mainly because my front doors were unlocked, they are locked now so should be safer but bearing in mind this person accessed secure chests that were owner only... if they really wanted to they could probably get past a set of locked doors, albeit with more obvious traces of their presence.
