Actually - any character can own a house - and be co-owned to as many houses as they want - as long as they are granted co-owner access with either the KR, or the SA clients. 2D does not allow for it - but the newer clients do.Yes, a character may be a co-owner of 1 house, and whether or not a character owns a house doesn't impact this.

Where does SA allow it?
